Yes, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The Lease term has expired or this Agreement has been terminated by both parties.
  • Resident gives Management (60) days written notice to terminate or non-renew this Lease.
  • Resident has paid all monies owed to Management. Apartment is not damaged and returned to Management in its original condition minus normal wear and tear expected.

We use a surety bond as a replacement for your traditional deposit. This initial premium for the bond is one time and non-refundable. This plan helps our residents to cut down their initial move-in costs. However, upon move-out, you may still be held responsible for damages.

If resident serves in the U.S. Armed Forces and receives a permanent change of station order or a temporary change of duty order exceeding 90 days, Resident may end this lease early by giving a 30 day written notice, paying all rent due through the notice date, and providing a copy of the change of duty orders to Management.

Water, Sewer, Trash Removal, and Pest Control are paid in the Leasing Center as one low fee in addition to your rent payment.

We offer flexible lease term options up to 24 months.
